If the conclusion says both should be banned and sometimes necessary, the condition for the position is unclear.
Task 2 question
For animal testing, decide the ethical standard first.
This question easily writes animals suffer on one side and medicine saves lives on the other. The key is under what conditions you think it is acceptable or unacceptable.
Condition statements support the position better than emotional wording.
Common trap
Only saying it is cruel is not enough; explain whether there is medical necessity or an alternative method.
What to revise after checking
Add one condition sentence to each body paragraph showing how it limits or supports the final answer.
Pre-draft outline check
Write acceptable only if, unacceptable because, or replaceable when. Give the position a condition.

Task 2 position
IELTS Task 2 清晰立场从开头的同意或反对开始，再让 thesis、topic sentence、主体段理由和 conclusion 持续回答同一问题。通过 agree/disagree、discussion 与双问题题型识别立场漂移、范围过大或让步失控的原文证据，再把问题收窄成一次可检查的开头或段落重写。
Task Response
IELTS Task Response 的核心是完整回应命令词、保持清楚一致的立场，并把观点展开到可以评估，观点数量是其次。先拆出题目要求与对象，再检查 thesis、段落主旨、理由、例子和结果是否共同回答问题。引用原文定位遗漏或薄弱链条，把最主要的一处改成下一版可验证的段落重写目标，并记录前后证据。
Task 2 examples
Task 2 的例子要和 claim、reason、consequence 连在一起，才能支撑论证。例子出现了，还要说明它怎样支持前一句推理。
