Linking words should mark real logical relations.
Break the problem into one blocker, one piece of diagnostic evidence, and one next revision target first. The smaller the problem, the more focused the rewrite becomes.

If sentence order remains confusing after removing linkers, the problem is progression, not vocabulary.
What to confirm before writing
Mark the relation between each pair of sentences: cause, result, concession, example, or comparison.

Linking mistakes
