Crime essays often stack tougher laws, more police, and better education. The first diagnostic step is whether the prompt asks about causes, punishment, prevention, or youth behaviour.
A solution needs a mechanism, not just a correct attitude.

What to revise after checking
Write one prevention chain: actor -> action -> behaviour change -> crime result. Do not include three policies at once.
How to break down crime topics
First decide whether the prompt is about deterrence, rehabilitation, root causes, or prevention. Each type needs different evidence.
