Common mismatch
The first paragraph may discuss lack of education, while the second only says government funding. Missing a mechanism, the solution feels like another topic.
Problem solution
In a problem-solution essay, the solution must solve the problem you wrote.
Many essays describe a broad problem but give a generic solution. The reader needs to see why the solution addresses that specific problem.
Problems and solutions should appear as matched pairs.
Define the problem clearly
The problem cannot be only bad for society; explain who is affected and how.
The solution should be executable
The solution can be imperfect, but it should show how it reduces the cause or consequence.
What to revise after checking
Add one sentence after each solution beginning because it addresses..., then check whether it truly connects to the problem.

Idea development
有 idea 不一定有结果：Task 2 主体段要把观点写成解释、例子和结果。按 claim→reason→example 查断点，再把最空的一句改成可评分论证。
Task 2 examples
Task 2 的例子要和 claim、reason、consequence 连在一起，才能支撑论证。例子出现了，还要说明它怎样支持前一句推理。
Task 2 checker
